Dirty and get your order wrong every time.
The food isn’t usually too bad when I go, but sometimes the lettuce is kinda browning and the meat has a strange hue I don’t normally see at Subways closer to my house. My BIGGEST problem is the lady who is always there in the front when I go- she DOES NOT LISTEN. Every time I order light mustard or even if I’m standing right in front of her and say “LIGHT mustard please” she pours it on and all I taste is mustard again and again. On top of that, she’s on her phone on a call half the time I come in and she’s not very friendly. I try to use a deal she just tells me “no, not that one” instead of explaining it can the user there. If I get the guy (I think the manager) he’s nice and listens, but overall I’m not happy with this location. They don’t participate in so many of the deals, which is really not a good way to get customers in the door. Employees may need to be re-trained on what “light” means or how to listen to the customer. I shouldn’t have to make each direction painfully clear if they want me to come in and buy an expensive sandwich. The Subway is very small by the way, so so expect to have a family meal in here comfortably, you can barely fit 2 people ordering at and another in line.
One of the best Subway branches. Every employee I encountered assembled my orders neatly and quickly; during my visits, the ingredients—such as lettuce and spinach—were always fresh. None of the staff members ever included poor-quality slices (the end pieces) of tomatoes or cucumbers; if such pieces happened to fall into their hands, they would discard them to ensure they didn't end up in anyone's order. Furthermore, none of them ever skimped on the ingredients while assembling the food.
This shop gave me more meats and veggies than others. I am happy and like subway always.
