I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your FedEx June 9,2026. I encountered an employee named Amy who was exceptionally rude and unprofessional,
When I attempted to ask for assistance, Amy did not allow me to fully explain my needs. She seemed to assume what I was going to ask and, without listening, directed me to the counter in a manner that felt dismissive and condescending.
As a first-time customer, I was looking for guidance, and her impatience and unwillingness to listen made for a very negative experience.
I believe that employees should be patient and allow customers to articulate their questions completely, especially when they are new to your services.
Amy's behavior reflects poorly on FedEx, and I hope that this feedback can be used to encourage better customer service training.
