  The driver assigned to the route of north hollywood off lankershim and magnolia refuses to pick up packages. He will mark the waybill/tracking number as picked up or not ready for pick up without ever driving down the street. The yellow van is hard to miss. It is the driver that has that route regularly. Whenever he off work is a great day for the route. Any other driver that has this route is able to make the scheduled pick up. Unfortunately, a pick was scheduled 20hrs in advance for 3pm today june 5, 2026. The driver marked the package as picked up which is hard to believe when it’s in my lap as I type this at 4:50pm. I have tried to talk to the driver in person and he told me that he doesn’t want to come over this way after 11am. DHL advertises same day pick up with 2/3hrs notice. The hub he is coming from is 2miles from my pick up location. I have filed complaints and requested calls back but the drivers inability to do his job is still a glaring issue. This driver is negatively impacting families in the community that have small businesses and are trying to utilize DHL. Truly an embarrassment to the company.

  If you are reading this before using their services reconsider and use someone more reliable! DHL is not good! I paid mad money for expedited international shipping (over $400 vs $130 USPS), dropped off on May 22nd and delivery was supposed to be completed by Tuesday May 26th. Today is Friday May 29th and my package just moved from LA to Cincinnati. Supposedly held at customs. My final destination is Europe. Since weekends are non working days for DHL my package will probably move another inch on Monday June 1st. Horrible service! DO NOT USE DHL FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! A turtle is faster than them!
