  This is a long overdue review to the amazing UPS staff! We have been using this UPS store for our businesses and have a few mailboxes here, it's a very busy location at times but the staff is very professional and on top of their game. Thank you so much for all the great customer service and always doing your best!

  Have never shipped any packages in my entire life. After trying to figure out how to online, I ended up just going to the store itself to figure it out. Once entered workers greeted me and told me to put my heavy package down on the ground while waiting in line. This Hero, Nick, comes up to help tape my package. After a quick look inside he said that he could fit everything into one of my two boxes. After telling him several times that I had tried it and that it didn't fit, he did not give up. Ended up fitting everything into one box and saved me from paying double the price. I always have some anxiety doing new things, but once I stepped into the store it all went away. Awesome staff, great and welcoming customer service and fast as well! 10/10 will be sending packages here only from now on.

  Little rushed service esp if you're doing Amazon returns because UPS staff really dont care about this free money Amazon gives them for handling their returns. Even in the empty store, they had attitude. No wonder the customers exiting didn't have any smiles cuz they make you feel like as if they're doing you favor even though customers drive and show up in 95 degree heat and UPS staff sits in AC and make easy money. Prolly wont go back to UPS for Amazon returns or actual shipping.

  Customer rep saw me waiting and called me back and was very kind and courteous, but most of all, very fast at receiving my package and printing my receipt. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.
