  I recently had a concerning experience at the post office with a young woman in her late 20s who appeared to have dark skin. She seemed to have a hearing issue, or perhaps pretended to, as she demanded immediate responses and displayed attitude when walking away. Her behavior was quite rude, storming off after grabbing a package. I think it would be beneficial for her to receive guidance on her behavior, or perhaps consider a different role that better suits her communication style.

  1st time at UPS in Valley Center by the Community Pharmacy & really sweet helpful young lady named Diana was so helpful & kind. Great place & great employees. 👍

  I can't complain about this place. It's convenient, nearby, it looks beautiful inside and the staff are beyond friendly! I highly suggest everyone for now on just enter through the community pharmacy if they want an easier experience since the main ups headquarters is in the same building. They take care of qr codes and most of the shipping.
