I recently had a concerning experience at the post office with a young woman in her late 20s who appeared to have dark skin. She seemed to have a hearing issue, or perhaps pretended to, as she demanded immediate responses and displayed attitude when walking away. Her behavior was quite rude, storming off after grabbing a package. I think it would be beneficial for her to receive guidance on her behavior, or perhaps consider a different role that better suits her communication style.

I attempted to drop off 3 packages today at the VC UPS location. I just underwent back surgery and walked inside to inquire if the dark haired woman could assist me with bringing in my packages or if I could leave them on the Amazon return counter outside. Her flippant response was “I’m not going to watch your packages for you and if you can’t carry them then I can’t either.” I was so stunned to have such rude service in my hometown that I gladly went next-door to VC sports and apparel where they take UPS and FedEx drop offs. It is a wonderful small business with friendly service that would never treat their customers in this manner.

What business such as this closes for lunch?! Twice now, I have gone here and they are closed for lunch. There is a pharmacy connected to them that is in the same small room. Can you not get someone to cover for your lunch?! I will just continue to go to Escondido for as reliable as the Valley Center UPS Store is!
