  Very disappointing customer service experience at UPS. I dropped off 10 prepaid packages that were already labeled and ready to go. There were no other customers waiting in line, but Damion at the counter seemed upset that I had brought in multiple boxes. Instead of simply helping me scan and accept the prepaid packages, he told me that I had to do everything myself and was very unwilling to assist. I understand employees can get busy, but there was no line at the time, and I was only asking to drop off packages that were already paid for and labeled. Damion could really use additional support and coaching from management regarding customer service, professionalism, and assisting customers with basic drop-offs. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for bringing packages to a UPS location.

  They charge $5 for a printing label at this location, it should be free according to UPS,

  Convient place to drop off your Amazon returns. Plenty of parking outside. EZ on/EZ off access from I-80.

  The employees were friendly, efficient, and made the process incredibly simple. I didn’t have to wait long, and they took care of everything right away. It’s always nice to receive great customer service, and this location definitely delivered.
