  Horrible recent service experience. Have been coming here for years. Usually good service. There has been a woman working here recently who keeps her phone on speaker while working and has ongoing dialogue with people or is listening to soap operas or something. It is extremely distracting and inappropriate. You are trying to communicate with her about your order and you can hear people talking, coughing and making weird noises coming from her phone which she has tucked in the sleeve of her shirt. She can’t seem to remember what you tell her you want on your sandwich and asks twice after you have already told her since she isn’t really paying attention. When I asked her about it she completely ignored me. Totally inappropriate. Don’t know if her managers know she does this but it is horrible customer service. She should be fired.
