  The 2 female employees are too concerned with which flavor Boba they are going to get Nextdoor to help out a customer. Came in carrying 6 Amazon return items, one was a large dog carrier. Young girl wrapping up with a customer while older lady literally looks at me and says, “Amazon reruns? Use the kiosk behind you” as I literally almost drop everything. I had to do all 6 things myself while she decided between mango or cookies and crème boba with her young employee. Insane. Won’t come back here because I already have a job, don’t need to take on someone else’s. Updated: no surprise the owner responded saying employees take breaks or he is short staffed. Lady was behind the counter staring at the young girl helping the other customer. She was not on break. Also, short staffed? lol there was one customer and myself with 2 employees. Not such a thing. I get an owner trying to defend his store and subpar employees, but sheesh, just admit they are such. Being inconvenienced wasn’t the issue… read the review again. Will go elsewhere from here on.

  The older white lady manager is not very nice or professional. Always has to put her two cents on subjects that have nothing to do with her. She is also rude outside of work she almost hit me with her white suv and then proceeded to flip me off in the Albertsons parking lot crazy she still works here have it on dashcam btwwww

  Very rude staff here. I would avoid if you can and go to another shipping point or company.
