  Lady w big ear rings, no name tag and green hair holder treated me as if I was her employee. Tried to rush me and not nice at all. I'll make sure I drive to the next UOS store next time

  This ups doesn't have the self scan package stand where you get confirmations that you dropped off the packages. Instead you have to use the counter and they use an additional tag instead of the bar code on your packages. Today I had a UPS Air and UPS ground and they only gave me 1 receipt for ground and said both are on that. Looked online and none of my packages have been scanned but according to they were picked up and they're on a truck...and should see them updated in the morning. So basically I have no way to price now that I dropped off two insured packages at their store. The girl just brushed me off when I questioned the receipt and said it was scanned. Never coming back to this store. Using any other UPS store from now on.

  The lady was rude here usually I go to ups and they’re nice and courteous even the guy is rude I try to avoid here and go to the one on Soledad instead but sometimes I’m in this part of town.

  Only good experiences so far - mailing packages and Amazon returns. Friendly and efficient staff. Usually not very crowded. Lots of free parking.

  Excellent customer service, very helpful & knowledgeable of the shipping industry. Customers seem to come in within minutes of each other & can be pretty busy rather quickly, so much so customers become entitled and impatient. So be patient & an ups Store associate will take care of you like they did me. Thanks again. Will be back soon.
