  I’ve given this Wingstop location three chances, and I’ve regretted it every time. After today, they’ve lost a customer. The employees may not care, but as an owner, I’d be concerned about both the food quality and the customer service. The food has consistently been overcooked, and today the boneless wings were so hard it honestly sounded like I was biting into a rock. This location has a lot of room for improvement.

  Very disappointed. The wings were dry, tough, and hard to chew, as if they were overcooked or sitting out too long. The flavor was okay, but the quality was not worth the price. We had to throw away because we can’t chew at all

  The four years I've lived in Vacaville and ordered from that Wingstop. It has always been wrong and looked like they just didn't care and then when I would go in for them to correct it, I've always been met by negative and rude attitude. I don't even know how they're still open. Never enough seasoning or cooked right

  I'm a DoorDash driver and I came in here the other day to pick up an order for customer. This order included 2 fountain drinks and rather than having the order ready for pickup, as they stated, the employee here said they didn't have time to get the drinks ready and forced me to do it. Preparing the food and/or drinks for this business is not my job and I do not get paid by this company to do so. My job is to deliver the products to the customer. A complaint has been filed with DoorDash against this business for this reason. This is just another tactic employees and/or the business uses to get people they don't pay to work for them for free. With employees that have such a disregard for their customers and a lack of willingness to perform their job I would skip this business and go elsewhere. I would imagine this lack of professionalism carries over into how their food is prepared.
