  Typical Wingstop experience with friendly and kind staff. No trashes in the restaurant lobby is a little weird and they also don’t have locks on the bathrooms? Paper towel or napkins on each table would be appreciated rather than needing to ask the cashier.

  I'm a DoorDash driver and I came in here the other day to pick up an order for customer. This order included 2 fountain drinks and rather than having the order ready for pickup, as they stated, the employee here said they didn't have time to get the drinks ready and forced me to do it. Preparing the food and/or drinks for this business is not my job and I do not get paid by this company to do so. My job is to deliver the products to the customer. A complaint has been filed with DoorDash against this business for this reason. This is just another tactic employees and/or the business uses to get people they don't pay to work for them for free. With employees that have such a disregard for their customers and a lack of willingness to perform their job I would skip this business and go elsewhere. I would imagine this lack of professionalism carries over into how their food is prepared.

  Placed an order online and it redirected my order to a different location in a different town. I called the location immediately after realizing and they refused to cancel the order even though it was in a whole different town. I asked to speak to the GM and was hung up on numerous times. Unprofessional behavior from both the GM and worker. Wouldn’t even think about ordering from here again.

  I was costumer The employees wont let me use the restroom. I'll assist to vacavaille community not to go here. Thank you so much for wingstop, owners for replying. We want to help local business.But definitely, need a an employees retraining. Thank you so much again, and I'm changing my rating. Cause you reach out and addressing this issue.
