  I dropped off two packages. Needed to print something and fill out some paperwork at the desk. Orian was super helpful, adept at managing a number of customers at once, he was fast and had a great attitude/energy. Great experience.

  Centrally located, this particular UPS store was closest to our home. A breeze to get to, easy parking and it wasn't busy at all. We dropped off our pre-paid package and was well in our way in less then 2 minutes. Will come back for all our mailing needs.

  Very rude, I dropped a package off that was lost the same day it was dropped off, I don't understand how I can drop off a package around 3:30 p.m. and by 6:00 the same day there's no more scans and my boxes declared lost. Go into the store to ask for help one of the guys working there told me he would file a claim for me and send me an email after they close that day It never happened, You never sent me anything and my package is still disappeared into thin air. It's very fishy today how it disappeared within the first couple hours I just doesn't make sense or sit right with me. I personally am going to avoid this place myself I would rather walk across country to deliver a package personally
