  This location usually is great, but today had it not been for the only honest employee working, I would have paid SIX TIMES the amount it costs to ship an item for 2 day delivery. I only found out about it after a family member called inquiring about pricing (AFTER I PAID and left the store) and was wondering what other options are available. Thankfully the associate we spoke to on the phone, rectified the situation and gave me a discount for the difference. I find it highly unethical that information was withheld purposely to make a bigger sale, and then doubled down in the error when confronted about not telling me all of the shipping prices they actually offer. It's hard to want to support a local business (these retail stores are usually franchised) when they have associates that are untrustworthy.

  The team working this evening was so amazing and patient! They were able to get a few things printed for me. After going to 2 other UPS stores and a Staples. I appreciate how kind and professional they were. They did a great job and appreciate their attention to detail. Thank you!
