  I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway today around 12:30 PM. The employee working at the time was an older Indian lady, and she was the only employee I saw working. Unfortunately, I missed asking for her name, but she had a lighter complexion, was wearing a gold necklace, and should be identifiable based on the shift/time. Her customer service was extremely poor. She was very rude, yelling extremely loudly, and at one point was banging/slamming the food down while serving me. Her behavior made the entire interaction uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. It wasn't just me noticing her behavior either—other customers who were there were also looking at her and clearly noticing the way she was behaving. I want to make it clear that I have been helped by other Indian ladies working at this Subway, and they have always been extremely sweet, polite, respectful, and professional. My complaint is specifically about this particular employee and the way she treated customers today. She seriously needs to improve her customer service skills and learn how to speak to customers respectfully. It also appeared that she was struggling to handle multiple customers by herself. She seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage several customers at once. I understand that working alone during a busy lunch period can be stressful, but that does not justify yelling at customers or aggressively banging/slamming their food down. Management should review who was working alone around 12:30 PM today and address this incident. No customer should have to deal with this kind of rude and aggressive behavior while simply trying to order food.

  I stopped by this Subway in Vacaville during my trip and had a really good experience. Since I’m a vegetarian, I always appreciate locations that offer plenty of fresh veggie options, and this one didn’t disappoint. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, the bread tasted freshly baked, and everything was prepared just the way I requested. The staff were friendly, patient, and worked efficiently even though there were several customers. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place for a quick meal. My sandwich was generously filled, tasted fresh, and was exactly what I needed while traveling. If you’re looking for a quick, reliable meal with good vegetarian choices in Vacaville, this Subway is definitely worth a stop. Consistent quality, fresh ingredients, and courteous service made for a great experience. I’d happily visit again.

  Excellent Subway location! The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the sandwiches are made fresh with care. The service is quick, and the team always pays attention to the details. Every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommend this location!

  You can’t do wrong a sandwich. Recently been stopping by for a quick bite and it was great. They work fast and all the ingredients are in stock.
