  Yet again another store that gets mad at me when i politely ask not to have my id scanned and Jacob became a little irritated that I could show him on your website where it states I could refuse to have my information scanned. FedEx needs to step up their training and not have people get mad about not scanning an id. I didn’t refuse to show it just don’t want it scanned. Poor customer service after I refused to have id scanned his whole attitude changed. Do better FedEx.

  They know what they're doing they make it easy and efficient everything else was done perfectly.. the person that helped me out help me tell me what was good for me and couldn't make it easier thanks.... Very good with customers and easygoing thank you so much!!!!
