  I have been coming here for a couple of years. There is 1 young man that works here named Luke. He is always welcoming and helpful! I was moving a month back and could not find my box of pictures and magnets. Many keepsakes. I left him my phone number and he called me before I could get out of the driveway. He found them! Thankful for people like Luke!

  Charged 3$ for each drop off and also the they/them said he's "technically " the manager so no one' could help me? Never been to a ups that charges for drop offs

  Showed up at 3:50 on a Saturday and they were closed even thought their hours says 5. No signs on the door or anything, just some locked doors.

  Went to this UPS store and was greeted by a rude employee. I was making an Amazon return and the worker scanned my code and smugly told me it would be $2 since YOU didn’t provide a sealed box. I’m not sure how to adequately describe it here but it was smug, robotic, and sarcastic all at the time with a side of belittling. If I ran a business I would not hire an employee like this. I will not be coming to this UPS store again and will take my business elsewhere so I am not greeted by someone that thinks they are being polite in the words they are saying but has no idea that the way they deliver them is flat out rude and doesn’t make people want to come back.
