  The people here are normally nice. But today they locked the door before closing time and said they start "shutting down the system" 10 minutes before closing. They would not accept packages even though I was the only one there and we would be finished before 3. If it is true that the employees strictly have to clock out at 3 pm, management should give the employees the extra 15 minutes to help customers during posted business hours then closeout, or they should update their hours to reflect when they are actually open for business.

  Brought my Amazon package to send back and they said I need to pay a fee for a strip of tape to close my box to send. I am not coming back to this location again. That’s what you call horrible customer service. I then went to the Newark UPS location on Jarvis and they provided tape free of charge.
