  I came here expecting a simple UPS drop-off experience and was told to use a self-service computer to create my label. The problem was that the computer setup was not actually usable for what I needed, so I ended up paying $4 without being able to complete the task. What bothered me most was not the amount of money, but the poor customer experience. If a self-service option is being offered for a fee, it should be functional and clearly explained upfront. Otherwise, customers are just being pushed into paying for something that does not solve their problem. I hope the store improves this by making the process clearer and ensuring the equipment actually works for customers before charging them.
