  Poor, had a package to return for Amazon, pre-paid QR code provided. Got a sourpuss clerk giving me grief because the box wasn't big enough (it was the same box that Amazon delivered; and yes, the QR code said customer packed and it was packed back in the same box Amazon sent), and they couldn't figure out where to stick the label, and wanted to know why my name wasn't on the box. Such a pleasant experience, not! Further to the store's response. First, try having your people pretend that they are happy to help a customer, and perhaps even explain what the problem is. Second, perhaps you need to sort this out with Amazon and have them include this in their instructions. I expect that had the package been delivered to your specifications then there wouldn't have been a problem in the first place. I don't mind owning the problem if it was mine to start with, I do mind having a business making me own a problem that they created.

  I visited this UPS Store for a Live Scan around 10 a.m. on June 20. The young man who helped me was amazing. He was kind, professional, and very eager to help. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate his help and hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you!
