  The lady had a blank look on her face when I told her im here to get my package it was like no one was home upstairs if you know what I mean got my delivery though

  Worst ever. Unable to communicate with their delivery service. Customer service claims driver attempted delivery. They did not. I never left, waiting. There are no door tags left the day they said they attempted. Frustrating. Customer service said unable to contact terminal. So I guess drivers can be unaccountable and paid for wherever they might be and do.

  I just want to speak with a person in the local office about a package delivery - this can't be handled online or by AI because of where I live. A half hour of FedEx AI on the phone, and nothing. I will have to take time off work to drive to the shipping office an hour and a half away and my package might already be out for delivery when I arrive (and found undeliverable again). On all optional shipping purchases in the future I will decline to buy an item if it is shipped with FedEx and I will notify the merchant that I will only buy something if it isn't shipped with FedEx. Unfortunately, this FedEx package is a replacement part for a Wi-Fi router, not a purchase. Update: This happened a second time. Same exact thing two weeks later. They won't deliver; you can't contact them about it on the phone. Now they are closed until Monday.

  Worst shipping service these days. Package will sit at facility for days and no updates. Impossible to call the local facility. There 800 number takes you through the worst phone tree AI ever and if you ever finally get to a real person....they "can't hear you" and hang up. Please ship with ANYBODY else until they get back to customer service basics like answering the phone
