Diego was more than helpful, he was engaging, sincere and listened. I don't know why I have stayed with Cricket as long as I have. When I first got Cricket, I could not make internet calls. My local store back east told me there was $10 monthly charge. Cricket phone customer service told me they never charge for that and it will work (hint: never did). There were other similar problems. I bought a new phone, yesterday. Diego did the transfer and said it would complete in 6 or 8 hours. It's almost 24 hours later. I have five contacts showing, two of which are new Cricket one, two I've never seen and one I know. Absolutely no call logs nor history. Lots of Crapapp I don't want nor need. I'm done with Cricket, returning the phone and going to another service. I feel bad for Diego having to work for this crap outfit.
