  The customer service at this location is fantastic. I ordered delivery, and unfortunately the Uber driver opened my bag and one of my drinks. I called the store to let them know I wasn’t comfortable eating the food given the condition it arrived in, and they were more than happy to remake my order and have it re-delivered. I told them I didn’t mind picking it up myself. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and understanding. They even took down the driver’s information to address the issue. This is our go-to Wingstop location, and experiences like this are exactly why.

  This was my first time visiting this location. I usually go to the one on 17 & Grand, but while we were out shopping, my husband and I decided to give this one a try and it was a great choice! Eric greeted us right away, and even though there was a line, the wait was short. He provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. Sometimes you visit fast-food places expecting good food but basic service and long wait times this location was the opposite. Everyone was joyful, the wait time was fast, and the food was great. They did forget my veggie sticks, which I didn’t notice until I got home. When I called, they kindly offered to remake my combo, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was great.
