  This is a very busy place. I was so impressed with the rep that was handling me along with three other people. She was knowledgeable efficient, and when she told me she was new I couldn’t believe it. I’ve had more people with years of experience, not know what they’re doing. However, Sandy is an outstanding employee greets everyone with a smile and takes care of business. What a great employee she is.

  Vanessa and the UPS team at this location just made my day; I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I came in last minute to print and notarize a document and everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating to me. You would never have known from their service that I came in just 10 minutes before close— I honestly can’t say that I would have had shown the same welcomeness and patience had I been in their shoes (especially as my laptop took it’s sweet time connecting to the wifi and sending the document). Vanessa made the notarization process efficient yet easy to follow by explaining each part. She happily answered all of my questions, and even offered additional helpful information about proper scanning of the document. I am so grateful for her kindness and patience! I walked into this store as a stressed and clueless out-of-stater with a deadline, and shortly later, I walked out relieved with notarized papers safely tucked into a UPS folder, and a smile. Thanks again to Vanessa and the other UPS team members who worked this evening (8/18/26)!

  I had so many returns and as soon as I walked in, Sandy greeted me with a smile and was SUPER FRIENDLY and did everything so quickly! She didn’t make me feel bad at all for coming in at closing time haha

  I had another wonderful experience at this UPS Store, and I wanted to recognize two amazing employees, Vanessa and Sandy. I came in to have some documents notarized, and as always, they provided exceptional customer service. They were professional, welcoming, and made the entire process quick and easy. What really stands out is how warm, friendly, and genuinely funny they are. They make you feel valued as a customer, and it's always a pleasure coming into the store. Because of Vanessa and Sandy, I will continue coming back to this location. Employees like them truly make a difference, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you both for always going above and beyond!
