This location used to be reliable, but it's gone downhill. They no longer offer notary hours the way they used to, which was one of the main reasons I came here. When I asked about dropping off an Amazon return, the staff acted like they had no idea where I could take it — their only suggestion was that I could buy a box for $1.99. No real help, and the attitude was negative overall. I've been a regular customer, but I'll be taking my shipping and notary business somewhere that's actually willing to help.

I needed to print something important in a rush and the folks working here were 1. So quick 2. So helpful and 3. So insanely kind. I usually dread going to any postal/shipping office but as long as I come here, I might actually start looking forward to it. Thank you to the team here!

Such a great UPS Store I highly recommend! The staff is super friendly and efficient. I want to give a special shout out to Elnaz for helping me with print outs for a project. She pointed out the quality of my print was blurry before printing several copies and I was able to resolve it and print clear copies. Her patience and attention to detail is unmatched and I truly appreciate her.
