  Super friendly, helpful staff and organized store. I forgot to bring in an envelope and they provided that to me free of charge. Exceptional customer service with the new management.

  This is one of the best UPS stores around. They are very polite. Answer all your questions. If you’re stuck in returning, they will help you. They’re always smiling. The employees are excellent. One of the best. The best. If I could, I would give them 10 star.

  I came in to return items again for my wife’s order on Amazon. This location is very convenient. However both times I have come in I was greeted by the same employee. Who radiates a joy in working with people. I remembered this second time coming in just how genuine this employee felt in engagement in greeting and in service to all customers. The door opens and you can hear her greeting to the employees. Her fancy nails were memorable but her customer service is phenomenal. Her name was Yasmine I learned after she asked for mine. Such a delight. I hope that whomever reviews reviews lets her know what a great job she does and that she is enhancing the customer experience beyond a consumers expectation
