  I had a great experience with DHL today. I accidentally provided the wrong delivery address and only realized it after I got home. I called the delivery person, explained what had happened, and he was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to assist me and made sure the situation was handled properly. I really appreciate his patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you for going the extra mile to help me!

  This is a new DHL Express Point office--I found out they opened only a couple months ago. I went to ship my package overseas and met the owner who owns a few other DHL offices. He was friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. The price to ship my package international express with insurance was slightly cheaper than FedEx. The owner had told me it would get there Friday their time by the end of the day and I got confirmation that it had arrived Friday morning. Very pleased with DHL and this office location. Will use again.
