  If I can give zero stars I would ! I came into the Turlock office to start my policy on the 7th , I set up the date that I’d want my payment to be on . I was told that the next bill will be June 28th which I figured. I was also told that autopay was mandatory . I received an email today May 21st stating that they will be processing the payment in the next couple of days … um what ??? I called them because absolutely not . Well I was told “oh well I didn’t know how the payment were going to be, but you either pay it on that day or I can push it out for a couple days after . The billing department changes things up all the time unexpectedly” excuse me ??? So because you made a mistake and the billing gets changed unexpectedly I have to pay again when I just paid over $300 two weeks ago . Not okay , there’s no help and I either have to pay over $300-$400 again or my insurance will be stopped . So unprofessional and not how you treat people . This office is horrible and don’t recommend coming here . And I also have home insurance added that I don’t need to begin with . So upset , I never make reviews but this one was needed .

  Allstate has always been there for me when I ever had a problem on the road with my vehicle never had to wait long it's like they sent me angles from god
