  Very pleased with you guys service, lady name Rosie helped me with my 6 notary I had she was very helpful and explained everything to my mother who is 80 years old she was very polite and very patience with her she was able to speak to my mother because my mother only speak Spanish, I will definitely will be coming back to this store we are from Hickman and I would do the drive for this type of service all your employees were very friendly and we're so kind to offer us chairs thank you so much for having such great employees

  The lady who initially helped me was nice but I waited 40 mins for 10 invitation print outs that didn’t even come out how I requested. The lady who was taking care of the print outs did not have a clear understanding of what to do. The lady that helped me initially told her about 5 times what I wanted and the other lady still kept printing my invitations out wrong and seemed to be getting distracted with her attention being pulled elsewhere constantly which led to her asking me multiple times what I had wanted again. I paid $33 for the invitations that didn’t come out how I requested, but at that point I had been there for 40 mins already so I paid and walked out.

  I am 72 years old and have had AT&T service for many years. When I decided to switch to another company for my Internet, I had to return their equipment. I visited the UPS store on Geer Rd in Turlock where one employee tried twice to enter my account number which had never changed. My name and Account numbercould not bring up my account in order to return the equipment. Taran did another check and he too, could not pull up my account. He then started looking at different fields on the computer and started switching my name in different arrangements until he could pull up my account and finally assured me that my equipment would be a returned. This is a big deal to me because I just had an operation and getting around is really difficult for me so multiple trips back-and-forth would’ve been cumbersome. I want to thank Taran for taking the extra step to assure me that I would not be frustrated and my equipment would in fact make its way back to AT&T, so I didn’t get charged extra. I hope he passes his technique on to other employees who could use it as a real learning tool to help those of us who are in difficult positions. Thank you TARAN.
