  This place is below a one star. Placed order to pick up at 8:30pm. Store closes at 9. Came at 8:35pm and place was closed. Even showed the lady the picture of my order. Never got it. Waste of money and time. Goodbye $15.

  Food was completely dry. The man behind the counter seemed as if he didn’t want to give napkins out. The bathroom had no seat covers for the toilet. I would rather go to the subway on E Canal where the veggies are fresher.

  Where to start. Horrible customer service, rude employee ( wiped their nose while taking payment) and the bread is stale. Store is dirty

  I’m never coming back to this place. I’ve been to a few, in ceres… when I came today with a coupon I didn’t notice it was expired. I asked the man owner if I can call my husband because I know I have a newer one in the mail and he refused to accept the code. His whole body language and all… ridiculous. So I come home, and it’s the same freakin code. Unbelievable. I’ve never had any issues when it comes to coupons with the other subway stores in ceres. It was always accepted EVEN if it was a slight expired. Walking into the store, he made me feel a bit nervous, like there was tension. Never coming back to this subway.
