  First, the employee refused to warm up my vegetarian patty Before toasting it after me insisting three times she finally warmed up the patty for me. The lady did not change her gloves at all because I had a vegetarian sandwich and I also ordered turkey sandwiches for my sister and niece. She did not change her gloves at all. I’m a vegetarian, and I was really offended by that that she didn’t change your gloves. Then she charged me tip for$3.89 Without asking me. Lady looked like she was in her late 30s early 40s had a lot of acne Was an Indian lady spoke Punjabi I believe and we ordered A foot-long turkey, a 6 inch turkey and a veggie patty Sandwich. The sandwiches were not properly wrapped, and everything fell out when we unwrapped them. This place is so unprofessional is just by my business and we often grab lunch from there. I don’t know why this happened, but I was really hurt by the fact that instead of asking for a tip or letting the customer tip them, they just charged without even asking me . There were three people working one was having lunch. We went around 230 2:45 PM

  Really enjoyed the visit. Everything tasted fresh, the store was clean, and the employees were polite and helpful. Service was quick even during busy time. Highly recommend

  Best sandwiches ever, and they love to give the best costumer service. Plus they make me happy when then do my order right and they never get it wrong.
