We knew exactly what we wanted when we went in. We were the only 2 customers at the time. The 2 girls were rude, didn't bother to check inventory and actually told us to go to another cricket vendor. Afterwards, hubby stopped for gas and in those few minutes, I went on line and took care of everything! Not sure why they couldn't have done the same.
