I ordered 2 veggie delight sandwiches on the app, it was my first time using the app. Since I was new to using the app I assumed that the sandwiches would be toasted as I was not given any options that I saw in the app. I ordered 2 different sandwiches although both veggie delight. We received 2 of the exact same sandwich. Both had olives and cucumbers along with both them having creamy sauces. One was supposed to have these items, the other was supposed to be sweet onion sauce, no cucumbers, no olives. And additionally both of the sandwiches were ordered with extra lettuce and extra spinach… while both sandwiches barely have any lettuce on them at all, it’s hardly noticeable. Upon looking at the mistakes and also the lack of providing an adequate amount of veggies we went back into the store after having left previously. When we came back we were told that the sandwiches were not heated as it wasn’t listed, although I did think it was going to be toasted I suppose that could be contributed to a new app user error. I asked if there was a solution to this as I really wanted a toasted sandwich, but they were not able to accommodate. That being said still the majority of the contents of the sandwich were also made incorrectly. The owners solution was to pick off the olives and other items to place them on my Husband’s sandwich. The way they were off putting and seemed to think there was no issues with the sandwich and customer blaming immediately put off my mood, and as my Husband only had a 30 minute break and we had already wasted 10 minutes with the sandwiches. I just decided to leave the sandwiches with them as for us they were not adequate enough and not what we had ordered. It’s not an issue of money, it’s an issue of respect and customer satisfaction. We walked out empty handed. This was seriously a terrible experience and I will never think of going back to subway again after this. Please train your new employees to double check the orders and not to just make the same sandwich twice just because it is the same type of sandwich and also to give appropriate proportions, specially when it is specifically asked for extra. We are Vegetarian, the veggies are literally all we have to eat. We then had to find another place for my Husband to get lunch within 10 minutes before he had to be back at work. Absolutely unsatisfactory in both sandwiches and the extremely shocking lack of customer service.
