  Okay, so I was being incredibly polite and patiently waiting for my food, which took almost an hour. When I finally got it, my chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked right and wasn’t the right flavor. I had issues before, but I was determined to give it another chance. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth it. To make matters worse, my fries were burnt and excessively salted. Honestly, this experience made me sick to my stomach and almost caused me to vomit. As a result, I’m never returning to Wingstop again.

  Called 30 times to try to cancel an online order but it keeps saying it’s busy and hangs up on itself. Still waiting for a response needing my refund back

  Ricardo, the cashier at this location on Hillman in Tulare was phenomenal! He was friendly, patient, and took the time to really listen to my order. His excellent customer service and positive attitude made for a great experience. Thank you, Ricardo!

  A little disappointed in the wings. Very greasy, sitting in oil our dish. Table dirty and floor sticky. Garlic parmeasan had minimal garlic flavor and just powdered parmeasan. Fries were great. Charge high for 1 container of ranch, $2.49.

  Never ever had a problem here, but today, March 20, 2026 around 12:40 PM, I went in and ordered 2 meals. First, my wings were just dry, no sauce. Then I went to get mine and my sister’s drinks, and a piece of mold fell in my Dr Pepper 🤮 Thank god I saw it before drinking! I left everything and called for a refund, and of course, no. Keep a look out!
