I went in there Saturday Afternoon when i was helped by a rude employee, maria who i believe is the manager and norma. but i left unsatisfied due to their customer service and rude attitude towards me. They looked annoyed and as if they didn’t wanna do their job nor help me in any way, it was a horrible expirience, but nothing compared to the other girls there who have attended me before.

Had gone to the Cricket on Prosperity and the girl in there didn’t know at all what she was talking about and was giving scammer vibes. Came to the one on cross and was charged way less (almost $100 less) to open 4 new lines with Karla. She was sweet, helpful and patient. Go to Karla and Karla only!
