I came in and the employee immediately rolled their eyes. Didn’t respond when I asked how they were doing. Then proceeded to be completely short with their answers and after being done just walked away. Their customer service is awful.

I went to the UPS Store on a Saturday to return some Amazon packages. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Spanish-speaking staff member who always helps us during the week. She was very attentive, respectful, and professional despite the store being busy. The store is always clean, organized, and well managed. Great customer service and highly recommended!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s clear the management does a great job keeping everything organized and efficient. The staff is well trained, friendly, and calm, even when the store is busy with many packages and customers.

Excellent service every time. The staff at this UPS Store in Truckee are always respectful, patient, and very helpful, especially with my Amazon returns. Locals can really see how much this store has improved over the years. Even when customers are rushed or impatient, the team always stays professional and calm. Thank you to the whole staff!

I wish I could post a negative star. After being a patient customer for 2 years I went to collect a package Amazon said was there on Friday -had to try and get it Sat since they closed Sunday for Mother's Day. I waited patiently in the line while 2 customers were rudely helped. When I got to the front of the line the new manager turned their back on me and began packaging returns. I waited a few minutes and then asked if I could be helped. My ID was demanded -for the 1st time in 2 years as a customer. I asked if this was a new policy and if we were notified or if it was posted. I went and got my ID, got 2 pieces of paper mail and asked for my package. I was told that even though Amazon sent me a delivery confirmation and a picture my package was not there. Then I was told my husband picked up the package yesterday, which he did not. We looked up the tracking # and I said I would come back later to check. When I returned I was told my box was cancelled. Apparently, asking about policy changes, updates to be sent to accts etc is not ok for customers to do. The new manager gave me incorrect information multiple times during this visit and said my customer file contained all the times I "demanded" my packages too soon. I was handed the letter sent to box holders over the holidays and told we had to wait 24 hours to get packages. The letter says the exact opposite that during holidays we need to collect large packages within 24 hours of their phone call. Terrible way to treat customers. All the while I was there the manager kept asking the other employee to grab mail for box #s as the people walked in, never asked for an ID. The other employee could help customers now, which they could not do when I first arrived. I have volunteered and helped sort deliveries, found them staff, been patient and then get treated like this. All we wanted was to not be charged 2 months of late fees when renewing in the same week as our renewal date, to be helped honestly and in a reasonably timely manner, and to know the policies/expectations if they were now being strongly enforced.
