  I went in to check on the status of man Amazon package I had delivered to the store since the local lockers were full. The woman manning the counter was rude. My daughter had a similar experience with the same employee. Beware of the poor attitude at this location.

  Pretty disappointed with the service. Every other UPS store I’ve been to don’t usually have an issue with using their tape to tape up a box! Guess I’ll be using office boss moving forward. Pretty lame.

  Unfortunately a terrible experience. I came to drop off a large quantity of packages. I was were greeted very rudely with "what are we doing" when I walked in. I was asked rudely " you almost done" multiple times. Also when the manager came by, she spoke in Spanish to her coworker and asked "what the hell is he doing". Also in a very angry rudely voice. I speak Spanish so I understood all that was said. Frustrating part is that I am here to provide business to ups. Don't understand or need the attitude. I think the Manager is the issue, she was rude to the other customers as well as her staff. It all stems from the top.

  I increased the 1-star rating to 3-stars as the UPS site owner responded. Fees should be disclosed. BEWARE.. EXORBITANT FEES CHARGED. Really... $40 to hold a package with no disclosure on top of a nominial UPS fee of $5.99 to change the destination from my house to this UPS location. I had to go out of town on short notice and this seemed to be a good idea. At the store I was informed that if I refused to pay the $40 Hold-For-Pick-up Fee, they would not return to sender. This is not what anyone would expect!
