  I needed some last minute notary services and Vanita helped me with printing, and scanning as well. She was very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that! I definitely recommend stopping here for your printing/scanning/notary needs.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this business. After an address was entered incorrectly, I was told the address they had on file was correct rather than the address I originally provided. When I spoke with the owner’s son, he repeatedly emphasized that his family owns the business and insisted the mistake was not their fault, rather than taking accountability and working toward a resolution. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Instead of offering solutions, I had to suggest them myself and even request my own refund. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and there was little effort made to correct a problem that originated from their error. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, due to the way this situation was handled and the unwillingness to take responsibility, I will not be doing business with them again and cannot recommend their services.

  They charge $3.11 to print a 5x7 label. There’s a store service fee associated with this charge. This store is a complete rip off!

  If I could give me negative starts I would ! I literally stand there waited for them to ignored us for such a long time !
