  The worst. Avoid it like a plague. Immature reps with little regards for customers. And oh BTW they still show up on search results for USPS drop off point and yet they refuse to take USPS packages now. Claim they have stopped taking them for a while. Well, check the internet too, bro. And ensure you do NOT show up there. Waste of everyone’s time. Pathetic place!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this business. After an address was entered incorrectly, I was told the address they had on file was correct rather than the address I originally provided. When I spoke with the owner’s son, he repeatedly emphasized that his family owns the business and insisted the mistake was not their fault, rather than taking accountability and working toward a resolution. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Instead of offering solutions, I had to suggest them myself and even request my own refund. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and there was little effort made to correct a problem that originated from their error. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, due to the way this situation was handled and the unwillingness to take responsibility, I will not be doing business with them again and cannot recommend their services.
