Very disappointed! 0 rating for Rajpreet Basra. I visited The UPS Store on 11th Street, Tracy, for a simple notarization of a single document, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The staff member assisting me, Rajpreet Basra, appeared preoccupied with other tasks, including incorrectly labeling parcels, even though a colleague had already informed her that I was waiting for notary assistance. Despite being asked multiple times, she did not attend to me for about 15 minutes.
When she finally assisted me, she initially wrote my name incorrectly even after looking from my DL. When I politely asked for a correction, there was no apology. Instead, I was asked unrelated personal questions. She also entered my phone number incorrectly and stated that it was “not required for governmental purposes” and that I should “just pay.”
Overall, I felt the service was unprofessional and dismissive. I waited nearly 35 minutes in total, which caused me to be late for work. I remained patient throughout, but the lack of attention and care made the experience very frustrating.
I would not recommend this location based on my experience. If zero stars were possible, I would have chosen that option.
