  I came in to return Comcast equipment and print some documents, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff greeted me right away, were friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They answered my questions, handled my return efficiently, and made sure my printing was exactly what I needed. Everyone was professional while still being genuinely welcoming. This location made what could have been a hassle into a really easy experience. I would definitely recommend this UPS Store to friends and family because of the outstanding customer service.

  I chose not to do business with this UPS Store after noticing promotional signage Israeli brand prominently displayed inside the store. I asked the manager about it just said he didn’t know anything about it I didn’t receive a clear explanation. As someone who does not wish to support businesses that promote brands I associate with Israel I decided to take my business elsewhere there are other local well experienced notarize resources in tracy! I believe customers should be aware of what businesses choose to promote so they can make informed decisions that align with their own values

  Very disappointed with my experience at this store. There was only one associate working, and he was helping another customer with a notary service, which I completely understand. My concern was not the wait time, but the lack of communication and acknowledgment. The associate saw me waiting but did not say anything like, “I’ll be with you shortly” or provide any update. I stood there for nearly 15 minutes without any communication before deciding to leave. A little courtesy and customer service go a long way. A simple acknowledgment would have made the experience much better. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was disappointing.
