  I don’t know if the establishment genuinely doesn’t care or it was supposed to be funny, but I ordered a BLT from the value menu (DID NOT CHANGE OR EDIT TOPPINGS) and received wheat bread filled with bacon… no mayo, no lettuce, no tomato, nothing. I went to pick it up and noticed once I got back to my office. I tried calling a few times to let them know because I paid $5 for stale bread and cold bacon…. And no response. I would genuinely give it a 0 if I could.

  The service was terrible some guy in a beanie took my order and had AirPods in and couldn’t hear what I was saying, I’m Muslim and he was prepping some sandwiches that had bacon before me and didn’t even switch his gloves. Terrible service.

  I have never put a single review ever but there service is worse. I doordash a veggie sandwich but forgot to add for the toasting so I tried to reach them by calling. I called atleast 9 times to their subway number but nobody answered and then I even messaged my doordasher to tell them to toast it they still didn’t do it. I am highly disappointed with their service. I spent $20 on the sandwich maybe it’s nothing for you guys but It’s my hard earned money. I won’t recommend this store to anyone. Go to any other subway but not this.

  I ordered 2 footlong Steak Philli subs and they were great. The employee who made my subs was very polite and friendly. Also, earlier that day my wallet fell out of my pocket while I was sitting on the bench outside the store and I didn’t know. In the evening when I realized I had lost my wallet I came back to the store to try and find it and the employee said someone found it and she gave it back to me. Thank you so much to the kind person who found my wallet and the honest employee who gave my wallet back to me!! You guys saved me from so much troubles!!
