When I went there, only 1 employee, helping a couple with multiple packages to send and buy packing material and boxes, 1 lady customer left, so then there was 2 people I was behind (besides the couole). The lady working there had a lot of patience and customer service attending that couple (senior citizens), fortu ately for me, I already had a label (Amazon return). They have a self service to the side, 1st time I used it, scan label, answer a few questions (non hazardous material in box type of questions), then as proof it asked if you wanted a text, email or print. I chose print. I then asked thr lady working there if I placed my package in a hole on the self desk, she said "no, if I could please put it on top of the counter."
I did and I said thank you.
The other 2 customers stayed in line, guess their services required the employees help.
