  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. After spending a significant amount of time trying to get assistance, we were met with dismissive responses and a complete lack of professionalism. Manager Chris Grogan was unhelpful from the start and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue or providing clear answers. When we asked for an update after being kept waiting, he stated that he’s refusing service to us for no reason other than he can. Rather than treating us with courtesy and respect, he came across as arrogant and condescending throughout the interaction. The overall experience was disappointing and left a lasting negative impression of the business.

  This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Manager Chris Grogan was extremely rude, disrespectful, and arrogant throughout our interaction. He refused to help us for what seemed like unreasonable reasons and escalated the situation by threatening to call 911. When we asked for an update after he spent time on the phone, he sarcastically told us he was talking to "tech support." His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and unfortunately that was not the case here. I would strongly recommend additional customer service training and management oversight for this location. If I could give negative stars I would. This review is specifically for Chris Grogan.

  Super convenient when you need to ship things but really clutch when you need to do livescan for a visa for Portugal and notary. Very professional and efficient. Its also awesome its right there by Mendocino so you can get some lunch after.

  Excellent service every time. The staff is extremely polite, professional, and efficient. The store is never too crowded because they handle customers very quickly and smoothly. Always a pleasant experience coming here.

  The UPS store offers a very convenient location for shredding both private and business papers. However, if you have more than one file box of shredding, the UPS store can be expensive. In comparison, The Shredding Place in Torrance is about half the price, and the process is simpler—you can just drop off your papers, they are weighed, you pay, and you’re done. This is easier than inserting papers into a private shredding container at the UPS Store yourself. Nonetheless, for small amounts, the UPS store is still a good option. Additionally, other mail services at the UPS store are fantastic, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. I love them.
