  I arrived to pickup a print order for signage ordered by my supervisor. They were unable to pull up the order. Then they tell me I went to the wrong location and told me to go to the Hawthorne location. When I get to the Hawthorne location, they told me the order is at the Torrance location. They call the Torrance location and confirm it’s there. I come back to the Torrance location and find out it was at the Hawthorne location all along. Absolute incompetence all around. Nobody was able to type in numbers on a computer to pull up an order? Waste of time. Never do business with FedEx.

  Terrible printing service. I was waiting for over 10 minutes to get a document printed. Tellers just told me to wait for printer to respond. Ended up walking out the store out of frustration. Very disappointed and willl be going elsewhere for better service.
