Horrible service. I was supposed to get fingerprinting done- I just asked what must be a pretty common question about what to do if you recently moved and your ID doesn’t match your current address. The representative was extremely combative. Avoid!!

Absolutely, the worst encounter I've had in a retail establishment ever. The owner was rude to say the least. Unfortunately for UPS, his behavior reflects on the company as a whole, and I will direct all my future shipping needs elsewhere whenever possible. Ray McEllen
