  Dear Owner or General Manager of Wingstop, I just wanted to leave some respectful but slightly concerned feedback about the fries. Whoever is seasoning them is not using a shaker anymore — they’re using a cement mixer. One bite and my mouth immediately enters survival mode. I’m pretty sure I consumed my entire weekly sodium intake before I even touched the wings. I genuinely wish management or the cooks would sit down and try the fries themselves, because right now I barely taste potato. The seasoning shows up like the main character and the fries are just there as emotional support. The wings are kind of hit or miss too, but somehow I still keep coming back like a toxic relationship. So clearly there’s still love here. Please consider easing up on the seasoning just a little. I want fries, not a salt challenge sponsored by the Pacific Ocean. Thank you for your time and for keeping my blood pressure adventurous.

  I ordered a family meal of 30 wings—10 boneless and 20 classic—but when I got home, I realized they were all boneless. I went back on April 14th, and the two employees working there that evening were fantastic. They corrected the order right away, and I had my wings exactly as I wanted. Despite the mix-up, the service was top-notch, and I’m really happy with how they handled everything!

  I placed a pickup order on the afternoon of March 7th. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted, and the young woman at the front provided excellent customer service. She had my order ready quickly and it was still hot. I’ll definitely be back—thank you!
