  The place was really gross and sticky. Every counter top was covered in streaks, crumbs, you name it. As someone with stage 4 terminal cancer, i absolutely cant get sick especially due to the negligence of food handling workers. The place was Completely empty except for some employees sitting at tables. The lady at the register took my order and was nice and said it would be ready shortly. When I came back 10 minutes later, the SAME LADY asked if I was there for pick up, I said yes and she walked away. I waited 15 minutes until someone else came over to me and asked the same question, I said, yes and had only got 1 order, he looks around and hands me a bag that I had seen sitting up there the entire time! As in, if anyone would have spoke to me or done their job i would have had my food! Which wasnt cheap by the way! The cheapest thing about this location is the disgusting way they keep their counters covered in sticky residue. The food was not hot, the place is filthy but they're all in the back laughing and joking! I had just come from cancer treatment, I was looking forward to wings all day and I am so bummed with the lack of professionalism from a hugely recognized company. This location is never busy but always slow. Never on time with food but always empty. What's the hiring process? Do you have to Completely lack any sort of empathy or compassion? Be as lazy as possible? The soda machine looked disgusting i wonder how often the lines are cleaned. I would have loved to had enjoyed wings since my time is limited due to cancer. Don't come here unless you want to be very disappointed.

  Efren was very quick to take our order, especially with a smile. He was helpful and kind, we will definitely come back again!

  Efrain was so fast and efficient in getting our order ready. He is also very friendly and got our food out to us quick. Great experience overall
