  The staff at this location does a wonderful job every time I’m there. Sabrina, and Xavier do a good job running that store and the other team members are always so kind when I’m there. Even on the days I’m in a bad mood they trates me with kindness instead of matching my energy! Thank you subway!

  Your employee Jacob should NOT be working with customers. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had. Extremely rude, zero acknowledgement after I said anything, didn't listen to what I asked for, just an overall absolutely terrible, terrible attitude. Watch your cameras back for May 1st between 8:30 & 9 and consider hiring someone who makes customers feel appreciated and actually want to come back. Your employees should represent you ( the owners) and this is not a good look for you. And your veggies were all frozen over and had freezer burn.
