  My family has been a policyholder with this agency, and I'm leaving this review after how we were treated during our first real claim. Our car was hit by another driver in July (other party 100% at fault) and our claim sat with no completed appraisal for over two weeks while storage charges piled up. I called Mr. Droste on a Thursday asking for help. He told me he'd escalate it and to follow up the next day if I hadn't heard back. When I called Friday exactly as he instructed, he was combative, told me claims were another department and he couldn't do anything, and hung up on me. An agent is happy to be your point of contact when selling the policy and at renewal time. The one time we actually needed an advocate, he was unprofessional and hung-up. We've since had to file a complaint with the California Department of Insurance on the claim and a formal agent complaint with Allstate corporate. We're transferring our policies to another agency. If you're choosing an agent for the moment things go wrong, this wasn't it.

  Great agent! David has constantly found ways to save money on my policy and keep me advised on any policy updates and changes.

  Very friendly and helpful agents, my only issue is when the DMV sent me a letter saying my motorcycle license will be suspended because the proof of insurance never made it into the DMV system... I made a call and it was assured that it would be corrected.
