  Una experiencia agradable, superando nuestras expectativas. A mi esposa le agradó el aroma y limpieza de las habitaciones, a mi niño la alberca y jacuzzi, nos encantó el desayuno muy completo, el servicio amable y confiable. Y todo a un precio muy económico. Experiencia recomendable y volveremos.

  Great place! Andres at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and had a great attitude I would recommend staying at this place simply because he has such great customer service. Five stars

  One staff member was nice. Breakfast was a joke. Room floor carpet was torn and had blood stains. Towels were very thin and rough feeling. Shower was small and shower head was cheap. The entire room felt like a step back into 1970. Stay away from here.

  We had a great time staying there: staff is very professional and helpful, especially Andres, who is very knowledgeable friendly patient and helpful, also he’s a very good listener who truly understands customer’s concerns: the fridge in our room didn’t work, Andres immediately replaced it with a new one right after we reported the issue, we were very impressed with his efficiency! What a great customer service professional! We would definitely recommend this place because of Andres! Thank you again!

  Disappointing Stay – Cleanliness, Smoke Odor, and Possible Health Concerns I stayed at this Best Western because I was in town for a work event, needed a comfortable place to work, and was also attending a soccer tournament. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected and not worth what I paid. Upon arrival, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there was visible mold in the bathroom, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigar smoke, similar to a casino environment. The odor was overwhelming and made the room uncomfortable to stay in. I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue. The gentleman assisting me was kind and professional, but the only solution provided was a can of ZEP odor spray for me to spray the room myself. While I appreciated his effort, this did not resolve the problem. The smoke smell was so severe that I was only able to stay one night instead of the two nights I had booked. The odor transferred to my clothes, luggage, and personal belongings, causing everything I brought with me to smell like cigar smoke. The smoke exposure also triggered my asthma and allergies, making the stay even more difficult. During my stay, I also became extremely itchy and noticed what appeared to be bites on my body. I am concerned this may have been related to possible bed bugs and believe the room should be inspected immediately. This situation also impacted my time with my child. As a co-parenting parent, I could not allow my child to stay in those conditions due to concerns about cleanliness, possible pests, and the strong smoke odor. As a result, my child had to stay with their other parent at another location, and I missed valuable time together. Instead of being able to enjoy my stay, rest, prepare for my work commitments, and spend time with my child during the soccer tournament, I ended up spending much of my time away from the hotel at Starbucks and at my friends’ nearby hotel because I was uncomfortable returning to the room. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the overall condition of the room and the lack of an effective solution significantly impacted my experience. I hope Best Western takes this feedback seriously and improves room inspections, cleanliness standards, mold prevention, pest prevention, and enforcement of smoke-free rooms. Ultimately, the stay did not provide the comfort, cleanliness, or value that I paid for, and I would hope future guests receive the quality experience they expect from the brand.
