  Came here today and got the same friendly super speedy service. There was 3 cashiers working so the wait was 20 seconds. Always speedy and headache free transactions here. I like using this UPS for the past few years.

  I love this store! I rent a mail box and have all my packages delivered as well. The staff is amazing, there has never been one time that I go in that I'm not greeted by my name! Where does that ever happen. Shout out to Daysi, David, Laura, Nancy, Cici, Alex and Diana.

  I recently went to this UPS location to get a passport photo and a document notarized, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Sunny helped me figure out exactly what I needed. I wasn’t totally sure what paperwork was required, but she was super patient and walked me through everything. The whole process was fast and efficient. I'd definitely recommend this location if you need notary services or passport photos.

  Used them once, had an insurance on the package that was damaged, the claim was supposed to be filed by the UPS Store manager/owner, she was not professional whatsoever and it took me 4 months and 100+ phone calls before UPS Company suggested me to file a complaint against this UPS Store! As soon I filed a complaint UPS Company paid me my insurance. UPS Store Manager /owner is completely unprofessional with poor English.
