    Went into Cricket Wireless expecting help and left frustrated. The employees were unprofessional, barely acknowledged customers, and acted like helping was an inconvenience. The wait was way too long even though the store wasn’t busy. I was given unclear information and felt rushed the entire time. Customer service definitely needs improvement
