  Very disappointing experience at UPS today. I went in to return some items and one staff member directed me to the self-scan section. While I was trying to scan my package, the screen said to contact an associate for help. I politely said “excuse me,” and instead of helping, the employee yelled from across the store, “Scan it,” in a very rude tone. Before that, she had been standing outside the counter area throwing packages roughly into the counter section, which already came across as aggressive and unprofessional. When I explained that the screen was asking for assistance, she finally came over and helped me at the counter, but her attitude the entire time was rude and unfriendly. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect

  This store is excellent! We always got prompt service but what really stood out is my wife left her wallet and they called and returned it back (something rare)

  I had an urgent package to ship and arrived around 8:25am, just before the 8:30am opening time. Kate was incredibly kind and gracious - she let me in early and helped me process my package. I truly didn’t mean to make her start her shift early, but she was so welcoming and helpful. Her kindness and excellent customer service really made my day and took a lot of stress off my shoulders.
