  ’ve had consistently great experiences at this UPS Store, and I especially want to recognize Miriam and JV for their outstanding customer service. They are always kind, patient, respectful, and genuinely willing to go out of their way to help customers. No matter how busy the store gets, they take the time to answer questions, make sure everything is handled correctly, and make people feel valued and welcomed.The store manager is also very kind, polite and always has a smile on her face. Forgive me for I don’t know her name but she is awesome. It’s rare to find a team that is this professional while also being so friendly and approachable. Their positive attitudes and dedication are a huge reason this location has become my go-to UPS Store. Thank you, Miriam and JV, for always making the process smooth and stress-free. Your hard work truly stands out and is greatly appreciated!

  The Return Store. I was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes. The efficiency is amazing. They scanned my QR return code and then printed out a shipping label and gave me a copy. Done and done! Quickest errand of the day. Win! Come here for your delivery needs.

  EDIT/RESPONSE TO OWNER: The response from the store either lies about their policy, or serves as proof that it was not followed. We DID explicitly ask if there was a cheaper option and were told that there was not; there was no redirection to USPS whatsoever. In light of this, we will double down on recommending all friends and family to avoid this UPS store. —— Original Review Below —— We had to mail some documents to a PO box in Canada and came to this UPS store to ask whether it was possible. Instead of just telling us that UPS was unable to deliver to PO boxes and redirecting us to USPS, the person at the counter charged us almost **double** of what USPS would've charged us for Priority Mail International to drop off our documents.. at a UPS, with a USPS envelope. We found out afterwards that this was **not** standard practice, and the upcharge was ridiculously high. Worst of all, the UPS -> USPS rerouting delayed the postmarked date enough to put our documents' validity at risk. There was no attempt at communicating any of the caveats upfront. Shameless and dishonest store. I can't speak to UPS or other UPS stores, but avoid this one like the plague. Bad actors like this truly destroy what is otherwise a generally reasonable experience with UPS as a whole.

  Always professional, helpful and very kind people. I used their services for ups, notary and Amazon returns. Would highly recommend this place. They also have a great location to shop around and park. Hence my favorite place to go.
