- NKNaveen Kumar3 days ago1.0Worst store in the US. Went there for a document notarization, jokers told me that they don't consider my passport as an ID. I mean give me a break if passport is not my ID in this world then what is my ID. wasted my time and then I was left with no time to go to other UPS locations as they would have been closed by that time.
- GKGaurav KhannaMay 19, 20262.0No complimentary packing tape even for a single length of a box. Asked me to buy one or they will pack for $3 or $4, can’t remember exactly. Bought a tape and then packed it and left it saying that perhaps it could be useful for some other customer after me. I also got a passport photo from them sometime ago and they did not use the flash. I used the passport photo for an application and my application got delayed as it was rejected due to the photo quality. Went to FedEx and got a discernibly professional photo that did its job. There was a time it was a pleasure to go here but not anymore. 2 strikes. Maybe a change in owners?

- DDDr DoctorApr 18, 20265.0My wife and I both needed passport photos and were fortunate enough to be assisted by Hai Le. Hai is super focused on the customer he is helping. He meticulously takes care of small details and thoroughly explains the process he is working on, providing excellent interaction with the customer. Canadian passport photos have very stringent requirements. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this location, and Hai Le in particular, in order to get these pictures done properly. Thank you, Hai, for all your help!
